  I had just recently put in an application for employment at the store on chestnut avenue. And I had called to check up on my status with the employment and got a man named John, he seemed very adgetated when he answered the phone. But he had put me on "hold" which he had just sat the phone down, I heard him wait on 2 customers and he proceeded to pick the phone up and tell me " I have no positions available right now I'll keep your application on file" && Hung up on me without another word!!! but I wouldn't have a problem if he wasn't so rude about it and his tone of voice with me was irresponsible, ignorant, and was not as you would call comstomer service friendly! I will never go there again and I was a frequent shopper! And a member of their pharmacy! But now I am not! So I do not recommend this store at all period!

  I usually never purchase there , not for any particular reason, usually have dealt with other pharmacies . However , I will be stopping there more often now . I went to get some simple eye drops , 4 shelves worth . I went and ask the Pharmacist Eric and he walked down to the shelf with me and described the options . I've seldom been treated so kindly anywhere in Altoona! If you need assistance at the pharmacy , ask for Eric ! A very pleasant , informative young man ! THANK YOU ERIC !!!
